Calle 10 — “La 10” to locals — is the street that climbs from Poblado metro station up to Parque Lleras. It is the spine of El Poblado nightlife: pre-game bars and corner shops at the bottom, electronic clubs and dance schools in the middle, and the park and Provenza at the top.
What’s where on La 10
Lower La 10. Near the metro the street is lined with small bars and shops selling cold beer — this is where a lot of locals start the night.
Around Carrera 40. The electronic cluster: Salón Amador for house and techno,, plus the small electronic bar at #40-10 long known as Calle 9+1. Just off the street by the park, La Octava is the bar with the ball pit.
Around Carrera 38. Baren Bar for an easy, no-cover start, and the Rumba y Salsa dance school upstairs.
The top. Parque Lleras itself, with Provenza’s bigger clubs a few blocks further up.
Doing La 10 well
Walk it uphill early in the evening and you will see the whole street. After midnight, use an app-booked ride rather than flagging cars, and keep your phone out of sight — see our Parque Lleras safety guide.
