LlerasPark.com is an independent guide to Parque Lleras and the El Poblado neighbourhood around it. It exists because most information about the area is either a hotel’s marketing, a decade-old blog post, or a city-wide guide that gives the park two paragraphs. We think one neighbourhood deserves one focused site.
What we cover
Where to stay near the park and in the rest of El Poblado, sorted honestly by distance and noise. Where to eat, from paisa classics to tasting menus. How the nightlife works — venues, nights, costs, and the safety habits that matter. The tours that pick up in the district. And the practical questions: airport transfers, getting around, money, SIM cards, weather.

We deliberately stop at the edge of El Poblado. For the rest of the city — downtown, Laureles, Envigado, the Metrocable, Comuna 13 in depth, Guatapé — our sister site Medellín.com covers Medellín as a whole, and we link to it where it does a better job than we could.
How we work
Every fact on this site — addresses, fares, opening hours, the city’s regulations, the venues we name — is checked against a primary or reputable source at the time of writing: the city government, the Metro, the airport, hotel and restaurant websites, government travel advisories, and established local publications. Where something could not be verified we say so or leave it out. Where things change quickly (restaurant addresses, cover charges, closing-hour rules) we say that too.
We do not print hotel or tour prices, because they change daily. The booking buttons show live rates for your dates.
We do not claim to have personally slept in every hotel or eaten in every restaurant listed. We describe what each place is and who it suits, based on verified information, and we tell you the trade-offs the marketing leaves out.
How the site is funded
Hotel links go to Expedia and tour links go to Viator. If you book through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That is the site’s income. It does not affect which hotels or tours we list or how we describe them — we list what is genuinely near the park and useful, and we say when a place is loud, far, or not what its name suggests. Full details in our affiliate disclosure.
What we are not
We are not a hotel, a tour operator or a booking agent. We are not affiliated with the City of Medellín, the Parque Lleras business associations, or any venue we mention. We hold no awards, memberships or credentials that we have not earned, and we are not going to invent any.
Corrections
If something is wrong — a restaurant has closed, a fare has changed, a hotel has moved — tell us. Corrections are the most useful messages we receive and we act on them.
Who makes it
