What LlerasPark.com collects, what it does not, and how to contact us about it.

LlerasPark.com (“we”, “the site”) is a publication about Parque Lleras and El Poblado, Medellín. We collect as little personal data as a website reasonably can. This page explains what is collected and why.

What we collect

Contact form

If you use our contact form we receive the name, email address and message you enter. We use them to reply to you and for nothing else. Messages are sent to our email and retained as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

Server logs and analytics

Like every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time). We may use a web-analytics service (such as Google Analytics) to understand which pages are read and how the site performs; where enabled, this sets cookies and processes your IP address and browsing behaviour on this site according to that provider’s policy. We also record, anonymously, when booking links are clicked, so we know which guides are useful. We do not sell or share this data.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed for analytics (if enabled) and for basic functionality. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to read the site.

Third-party sites

Booking links take you to Expedia and Viator, whose privacy policies then apply. These links may include an identifier that tells them you arrived from LlerasPark.com so that we can be credited with a commission; it does not identify you personally to us. Embedded maps are provided by Google and are subject to Google’s policies.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you (in practice, only what you have sent through the contact form), ask us to delete it, or object to our processing it. Contact us and we will respond.

Children

The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page.
